Attorney at the Paris Bar, Sandro founded TaxLhab with the ambition of providing top-tier expertise in French and international tax law.

With nearly 15 years of experience, he spent over a decade at Deloitte Avocats. A graduate of Bocconi University and holder of an Executive Master from IAE Paris-Sorbonne Business School, he regularly advises on complex international tax issues.He has developed strong expertise in wealth taxation and provides counsel and defense to entrepreneurs, families, and international groups.

He frequently advises on business transfers and sales, the structuring and optimization of personal and professional assets, as well as executive compensation policies and international mobility strategies.

He is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).

Axelle holds a degree in Private Law from Paris Panthéon-Assas University. She went on to complete a Master’s in Business Law at Paris Nanterre University before joining the Institute of Judicial Studies in Tax Law at the same university.
